This presenter/speaker agreement is entered into between the Michigan International Hypnosis conference and the under singed presenter by accepting this agreement the presenter/speaker agrees to the following terms and conditions

Presnter participation Requirments

1 Attendence the presenter/Speaker agrees to be present for all 3 days of the conference unless arrangments have been made with event coordinator in advance

2 Professional conduct The presentor/speaker agrees to conduct themselves in a professional , Respectful and ethical manner at all times durning the conference including presentation ,networking events and interactions with attendees other speakers and staff

Conference provision for presenter

the conference will supply dedicated presentation rooms

presentation monitors

white boards standard theater seating set up

Presenter/speaker landing page the persenter/speaker will recieve a full landing page on conference website as well as being listed in the presenter page on website as well as on all conference social media sites and graphic to share on their social media sites

Included meals and events

upon payment of Presenter registration the conference will provide presenter/speaker with :

breakfast for all three days Lunch on days provided and admission to awards banquett

Presenter agrees to pay a presenter registration fee of $99 this fee must be paid to confirm the presenter/speakers place at conference.

Presenter/Speaker cancellation if the speaker/persenter must cancel their appearance for any reason they agree to inform the conference as soon as possible so adjustment can be made the conference will not be responibel for any costs incured to persenter due to cancelation

Presenter/speaker responsibility

the presenter /speaker agrees to:

provide a presentation

bring any handout or materials needed

the conference will make a reasonable effort to assist presenter

Presenter/speaker agrees to help promote the conference as well as promote their presentation

Indemnification the presenter/speaker to hold harmless the conference it organizers,and staff from any claims damages or liabilities arising from their presentations or materials

Acceptence by signing or electronically agreeing to this agreement the presenter/speaker acknowledges that they have reviewed the agreement and agree to all terms outlined
