MIHC26 Speaker Spotlight

I've been a performer on stage since 2002. First starting out as a Magician then moving into DJ and Comedy Stage Hypnosis. In all those years I never thought of myself as someone who would come to teach something like Pain Management through Hypnosis. Several years ago I was stricken with a disease that became unbearably painful. It ultimately cost me my leg below the knee. Drugs were not the answer for me so I set out to learn as much as I could about the clinical side of hypnosis and what it could do to relieve me of my pain. With the help of our co-speaker Pat Pearson and many other study materials and practices I learned how to use hypnosis on myself as well as others to control my pain and now I want to share it with you so that you can put it to practice and help others like me "Master" their pain, while growing your practice.

Pain Management, The Patient's Perspective

Chronic pain impacts 1 of 5 people in the United States. Medical interventions, drugs, exercise, physical therapy are body focused. .But Pain affects more than just the body, it affects all areas of the person's total existence. This seminar views chronic pain from the patient's experience confronting a critical illness with traditional medical pain control and with pain release hypnosis. He shares how he took control of the pain to move past the limits and challenges that go along with it. The additional benefits of Hypnotic Pain Release speeds healing without harmful side effects.
The techniques are easy to learn, useful for a broad range for illness/pain targets. Probably the most important, having ways to independently control pne’s own body leads the client to the confidence to redirect other life areas.
